Source: the Data Browser's concept search (searchConcepts), one POST per EHR domain with no query, standard concepts only, a minimum count of 1 and no result limit, cached per release; the four responses are the same lists the browser's domain pages show to every visitor. The count beside a word is the browser's participant count for that concept. For conditions and procedures the browser's count is rolled up: it covers the concept and the concepts under it in the SNOMED hierarchy, one person counted once. For drugs and labs it is the concept's own count. The program's data-browser build scripts say so; see Methods. Concept names are the browser's, unchanged.

Data: All of Us Research Program public Data Browser, public tier (aggregate counts rounded up to 20, counts under 20 suppressed). This is an independent project and is not endorsed by NIH or the All of Us Research Program.
